Aims and Scope

International Journal of Research in Vocational Studies (IJRVOCAS) aims to publish high-quality scholarly works that contribute to the development of vocational studies, technical and vocational education and training, applied education, professional learning, and workforce development. The journal promotes research that strengthens the relationship between education, skills development, industry needs, and applied professional practice.

IJRVOCAS welcomes original research articles, review articles, and applied studies that provide theoretical, empirical, methodological, or practical contributions to vocational and applied education. The journal encourages interdisciplinary research, provided that the manuscript has a clear relevance to vocational studies, technical and vocational education, workforce readiness, professional competence, or applied learning contexts.

Manuscripts outside these areas may be considered only when they demonstrate a clear relationship with vocational studies, applied education, professional competence, or workforce development. IJRVOCAS does not accept manuscripts that are unrelated to the journal’s focus or that fall outside the field of vocational and applied education.
