Author Charge
Frontier Management Science (FMS) is an open-access journal published by Yayasan Ghalih Pelopor Pendidikan (Ghalih Foundation). To support the editorial process, online publication, DOI registration, website maintenance, long-term archiving, and open-access dissemination, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.
Article Processing Charge
Authors are required to pay an APC only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication through the journal’s editorial and peer-review process.

The APC covers editorial management, plagiarism checking support, online publication, metadata registration, DOI assignment, indexing preparation, article layout, and long-term digital preservation.
Payment Policy
The APC is payable only after the author receives an official acceptance notification from the editorial office. Manuscripts will not be charged during submission or peer review.
Payment instructions will be provided by the editorial office after acceptance. Authors should not make any payment before receiving official confirmation from the journal.
Waiver and Discount Policy
FMS may provide APC waivers or discounts for authors who have limited financial resources, especially authors from low-income countries, independent researchers, students, or authors without institutional funding.
Requests for APC waivers or discounts must be submitted to the editorial office before the final publication stage. Waiver requests are considered case by case and do not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process.
No Paid Fast-Track Review
FMS does not offer paid fast-track review or paid acceptance. All submitted manuscripts follow the same editorial screening and peer-review standards. Acceptance is based solely on the manuscript’s quality, originality, relevance, ethical compliance, and contribution to the field.
Important Note
Payment of the APC does not guarantee publication. Only manuscripts that successfully pass editorial screening, peer review, revision, and final editorial approval will be accepted for publication.
