Authorship and Contributorship Policy

International Journal of Research in Vocational Studies (IJRVOCAS) requires that all listed authors have made a significant scholarly contribution to the submitted manuscript and have approved the final version for submission and publication.

Authorship should be based on substantial contributions to the conception or design of the study, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of results, manuscript drafting, critical revision, or final approval of the work. All authors must agree to be accountable for the accuracy, integrity, and ethical compliance of the manuscript.

Individuals who contributed to the work but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be acknowledged in the acknowledgements section, with their permission. Such contributions may include technical assistance, language editing, administrative support, funding support, data collection assistance, or general supervision.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all listed authors have approved the manuscript, agreed to the order of authorship, and consented to submission to IJRVOCAS. The corresponding author is also responsible for communication with the journal during submission, peer review, revision, and publication.

Changes to authorship, including the addition, removal, or rearrangement of authors, must be requested in writing and approved by all authors. The request must include a clear explanation for the change and confirmation from all affected authors. Authorship changes after acceptance or publication will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.

IJRVOCAS does not tolerate inappropriate authorship practices, including guest authorship, honorary authorship, gift authorship, ghost authorship, or the exclusion of individuals who made substantial contributions to the work.

By submitting a manuscript to IJRVOCAS, all authors confirm that the authorship list is accurate, agreed upon by all contributors, and reflects genuine scholarly contributions to the manuscript.
