Intellectual Property Policy

International Journal of Research in Vocational Studies (IJRVOCAS) respects and protects intellectual property rights in all stages of scholarly publishing. Authors, editors, reviewers, readers, and all parties involved in the publication process are expected to respect copyright, licensing terms, attribution, and responsible use of scholarly works.

Authors who publish with IJRVOCAS retain the copyright of their published works and grant the journal the right of first publication. All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and IJRVOCAS, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts do not infringe any copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party rights. Any material reproduced from other sources, including figures, tables, images, datasets, instruments, software, diagrams, or extended text excerpts, must be properly cited and used with permission where required.

Authors must obtain permission to reproduce copyrighted material when such permission is required by the copyright holder or applicable law. Evidence of permission may be requested by the editorial office during the submission, review, or production process.

Reviewers and editors must respect the intellectual property of submitted manuscripts. Unpublished manuscripts, data, ideas, methods, results, figures, or other materials obtained through the peer-review process must not be copied, shared, cited, disclosed, or used for personal, academic, professional, or commercial advantage before publication.

Readers and users of IJRVOCAS articles may reuse published content in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 license. Proper attribution to the original authors, article title, journal name, DOI or URL, and license must be provided.

If any intellectual property concern, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of material is reported, IJRVOCAS will review the case carefully and may request clarification, correction, removal of material, publication of a correction notice, or other appropriate editorial action.
