IJRVOCAS has been publishing scholarly articles since 2021 and continues to develop its role as an open-access journal in vocational studies, technical and vocational education and training, applied education, and workforce development.

Since its establishment, IJRVOCAS has aimed to provide opportunities for researchers, lecturers, practitioners, policymakers, and professionals to share academic findings and practical insights that contribute to the development of vocational and applied education.

IJRVOCAS has published peer-reviewed scholarly articles through an open-access publishing model. The journal supports the wider dissemination of research by making published articles freely available online and by applying transparent editorial, peer-review, publication ethics, licensing, and archiving policies.

The journal continues to improve its editorial management, peer-review process, publication standards, metadata quality, digital visibility, and international collaboration in order to strengthen its contribution to vocational studies and applied education.
