Withdrawal Policy

International Journal of Research in Vocational Studies (IJRVOCAS) allows authors to request manuscript withdrawal under reasonable circumstances. However, authors are expected to submit manuscripts responsibly and only submit work that is ready for editorial and peer-review consideration.

Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript before the peer-review process has started by sending a formal request to the editorial office. The request must include the manuscript title, manuscript ID, corresponding author name, and the reason for withdrawal.

If the manuscript has already entered the peer-review, revision, copyediting, layout, or publication process, withdrawal requests will be considered carefully by the editorial team. Authors must provide a clear and valid reason for withdrawal. The final decision regarding withdrawal rests with the Editor-in-Chief.

Manuscript withdrawal is not allowed for unethical reasons, including submitting the same manuscript to another journal while it is still under review at IJRVOCAS, avoiding revision responsibilities, or withdrawing after acceptance without a valid explanation.

If authors withdraw a manuscript after substantial editorial, peer-review, copyediting, or layout work has been completed, the journal may record the withdrawal in its editorial system for administrative purposes.

Authors must not submit the same manuscript to another journal until the withdrawal request has been officially approved by IJRVOCAS.

IJRVOCAS is committed to handling withdrawal requests fairly and responsibly while protecting the integrity of the editorial and peer-review process.
