Archiving Policy

International Journal of Research in Vocational Studies (IJRVOCAS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content.

The journal preserves published articles, metadata, abstracts, references, supplementary files where applicable, and publication records through the journal website and appropriate digital archiving systems. IJRVOCAS aims to maintain permanent access to published content for readers, authors, researchers, institutions, and indexing services.

Each published article is assigned complete publication metadata, including title, author names, affiliations, abstract, keywords, references, publication date, issue information, DOI where applicable, and license information. This metadata supports long-term discoverability, indexing, citation tracking, and preservation.

IJRVOCAS supports digital preservation through institutional and external archiving platforms, repositories, indexing services, and academic discovery systems where applicable. Authors are also permitted and encouraged to deposit the published version of record in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, and other appropriate digital platforms, provided that the original publication in IJRVOCAS is properly cited.

All articles published in IJRVOCAS are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing long-term sharing, reuse, and preservation with proper attribution.

In the event that the journal website becomes temporarily unavailable, IJRVOCAS will make reasonable efforts to restore access to published content. If the journal is discontinued, the publisher will seek to ensure that published articles remain accessible through available repositories, indexing platforms, digital archives, or other preservation mechanisms.

IJRVOCAS is committed to maintaining the integrity, availability, and long-term preservation of the scholarly record.
