1. Open Access Policy
Review of Equity, Inclusion and Society (REIS) is committed to providing full open access to its content, ensuring that research is freely available to the global community. This policy supports the journal’s mission to advance knowledge on equity, inclusion, and social transformation.
All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
2. Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are permitted to self-archive their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other open-access platforms. The following versions may be archived:
Preprint Version:
Authors may share the pre-submission version of their manuscript on preprint servers or personal platforms.
Postprint (Accepted Version):
Authors may deposit the accepted manuscript (peer-reviewed but prior to publisher formatting) in repositories immediately upon acceptance.
Publisher’s Version (Final PDF):
The final published version may be archived in repositories, provided that proper citation and a link to the official journal publication are included.
3. Licensing and Copyright
All articles published in REIS are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article.
This license allows:

4. Repository Hosting and Long-Term Preservation
REIS ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content through the following measures:

- DOI Assignment: Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure permanent access

5. Data and Supplementary Materials
Authors are encouraged to deposit research data, datasets, and supplementary materials in open-access repositories to promote transparency, reproducibility, and further research development.

REIS supports compliance with funding agency requirements regarding open access and repository deposit.

All repository deposits must adhere to ethical and legal standards, including:

- AI and Automated Content Disclosure: Any use of AI tools in manuscript preparation must be transparently disclosed
